Emily Bett Rickards, born on the 24th of July 1991 in Canada, is a Canadian actor who is best famous for her character Felicity Smoak on The CW TV series Arrow. She completed her Acting Essentials Programme through the Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. Through the open audition which followed, an agent was found for her.
